each issue that applies to the project. This will help our project team to work
through and report on these in an orderly manner and in line with our project
processes.
Note 3: If the issue you are submitting is for a defect or
incorrect result in an existing system then please consider including the
following in your description:

(how can it be reproduced)? Please include specific steps including which menu
options, buttons or other navigation you used and any values you selected or
entered.
·

·
What was the result(s) you
expected?
·
Were there any error or success
messages? If so what did they say?
·
Attach any screen captures, mock
ups, workflows or other items that would help explain the issue.
Step 6: After you have submitted the issue
you will then be able to view the issue and its status as shown below.
Step 7: Also, by selecting the title as
shown above you can then correspond with the resource assisting you on the
issue by either providing an update (1) to the issue or commenting (2) on the
issue as shown below.
Note: When updating or commenting on an
issue you will be able to notify the resource directly of your update or
comments along with any attachments that you are providing as part of the
update.
